Add Or Update A Brochure
Use this when changing the brochure/material order form.

Before You Start
- Prepare the brochure title and description.
- Upload or identify the correct PDF/file.
- Upload or identify the correct image.
- Know which languages should be orderable: Bokmal, Nynorsk, English.
Steps In WordPress
- Edit the page that contains the
Brochuresblock. - Select the parent
Brochuresblock if you need to edit the form title, description, or thank-you message. - Add or select a child
Brochureblock for the material item. - Set title and description.
- Select the downloadable file.
- Select the image.
- Enable only the languages that should be orderable.
- Preview the page.
- Place a test order on stage.

What To Check On Stage
- The item appears in the first step of the order form.
- The image and download file are correct.
- Only the correct language quantity fields appear.
- The confirmation step appears after a successful test order.
- Internal and user confirmation emails are received.
Common Problems
| Problem | Check |

| Brochure missing from frontend | Confirm the item is inside the parent Brochures block. |
| Wrong languages appear | Check langNb, langNn, and langEn toggles. |
| Email not received | Check spam, then ask a developer to inspect mail delivery and /wp-json/tibi/v1/submit-order. |

Ask a developer before changing email recipients, sender address, required fields, or order storage behavior.
